Shipping Information |
CAM Electronics Distributing uses UPS to handle all of its shipping. If you select UPS Ground during the order process, your shipping charges will be automatically calculated and added to your order. If you prefer another type of service (i.e. Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, etc.) please contact us for rate information. If for some reason the UPS charges are not shown during checkout, our shipping department will calculate your shipping and add them to your order total. Your credit card will then be charged for the Total amount of the order (merchandise, shipping, taxes if applicable). An e:mail will then be sent to you notifying you of the order total and any other pertinent information. Contact us in advance in the event your order requires special handling or
if you have any questions or concerns. You may also contact us to receive updates
on the status of your shipment or delivery. We normally ship within 1-3 business
days upon receiving your order. Any delays in shipping and you will be notified
by us.

at this time we only ship within the Continental US and Alaska and Hawaii. Certain

currently. Orders must be pre-paid by credit card in advance befor shipment. We

| All Sales are final. Returns will be honored up to 10 days from purchase date for store credit ONLY. All returns must be accompanied
by a return authorization number and must be unopened in their original packaging in new condition with a copy of the bill of sale. Email
us or call at 1-800-772-1605 to receive a return authorization number. Products
with software must be returned with the software unopened for credit. Absolutely, no credit will
be issued for opened software products. Customer is responsible for shipping charges
on all products returned for credit. A 25% restocking fee will apply on all returned merchandise unless previous arrangements are made. |

orders delivered within the state of New York are subject to New York State Sales
Tax. Notify us if your company or organization qualifies for Tax-Exempt status.
We will require a copy of the resale certificate or tax-exempt certification in
