CAM Electronics Distributing uses UPS to handle all of its shipping. If you select UPS Ground during the order process, the shipping charges will be automatically calculated and added to your order. If you prefer another type of service (i.e. Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, etc.) please either contact us for rate information or choose ‘Other shipping methods…’ during checkout. We will then email the different options and their costs for your approval before processing your order. Contact us in advance for product availability, in the event your order requires special handling or if you have any other questions or concerns. You may also contact us to receive updates on the status of your order. We normally ship within 1-3 business days upon receiving your order. If there are any delays in product availability or shipping you will be notified by us.

All Sales are final. Returns will be honored up to 10 days from purchase date for store credit ONLY. All returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number and must be unopened in their original packaging in new condition with a copy of the bill of sale. Absolutely, no credit will be issued for opened software products. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on all products returned. A 25% restocking fee will apply on all returned merchandise unless previous arrangements are made.

Any orders delivered within the state of New York are subject to New York State Sales Tax. Notify us if your company or organization qualifies for Tax-Exempt status.
